Will I be able to choose my sessions during the Virtual Summit?
The main schedule of each day will be a live stream where all attendees are seeing the same content. This includes the educational sessions and all of the farm tours. Attendees will have a choice of which live roundtable to attend after the live stream has concluded by using your registration access code from your confirmation email to access the main event page.
How do I access the Roundtables?
Using your registration access code from your confirmation email, you will be able to access the main event page. On the days of the Virtual Summit, this main event page will have links to each roundtable, along with the tradeshow, other documents and photos from the farm tours, attendee Facebook page, auction site, and more.
What if my internet cuts out or I have another commitment during the live stream?
All of the sessions will be recorded and will be available for viewing on your own schedule until 5pm Eastern Time on Tuesday, February 9th. Access to the recordings is available by using your registration access code from your confirmation email to access the main event page.
Can I ask a presenter a question?
We have some amazing expert speakers in our lineup. During their presentations, there will be a live chat option (just like any other zoom or virtual conference call you may have attended recently). Some presenters will be present to answer your questions in the live chat during their session. Others will be glad to answer your questions after the Summit. Please feel free to ask your questions either through the Live Chat or by emailing Jeff Winston – - and we will be sure you receive a response from the presenter.
How do I access the trade show?
Using your registration access code in your confirmation email, you will be able to access the main event page. On the days of the Virtual Summit, this main event page will have a link to the trade show. It is designed as a website with connectivity to each trade show vendor. We encourage you to check out each vendor’s booth and use the live chat function to connect with them during the dedicated trade show hours.
How long will the trade show stay open?
The trade show site will be active for 30 days after the event! Lots of time to go back and view your favorite vendors again – while scoping out new suppliers for your farm.
I think I see something in one of the farm tours I want to try on my own farm. How do I learn more?
Using your registration access code in your confirmation email, you will be able to access the main event page. Using the Documents button, we have made available photographs and documents from our in-season visit to these farms. Many of these items were not included in the video tour and provide more in-depth background into their operation.
